Steve F. Dernier, Owner/Manager

Born and raised in Riverview, Steve started in the computer industry with Blue Cross back in 1975 as a computer operator. From there he went on to the Federal Government as a Network Controller. After 11 years working as an employee, Steve decided he could do better on his own. He packed up his family in 1986 and moved to Calgary where he got his Technical Degree.

Steve started SFD Technical Solutions Inc., which thrived for 8 years setting up Office automations, system upgrades and support. A family tragedy brought his family home again. In 1995 he started Moncton Computer Exchange and after a falling out with a partner he went on to start Dernier's Custom Built Computers with his wife as partner.

They moved into Highfield Square Mall for 5 years where they established a customer base and their exclusive "Lifetime Warranty". Now incorporated as Lifetime Computers Inc., Steve & Rose Dernier purchased 1440 & 1442 Main Street, Moncton and moved their shop into it.

Steve's strong troubleshooting abilities and hardware knowledge will give you a sense of confidence when you are looking to make a decision on what to purchase for a computer and its components.

Rose Dernier, Owner/Manager
Born in Bathurst, Rose graduated from Harrison Tremble High School in Moncton from the Commercial Course of study. Rose has excelled in the field of commercial accounting. She acquired her certificate in Computerized Accounting from Atlantic Business College in 1996.

After raising 2 children as an at-home Mom, she teamed up with her husband and took care of all the books of their businesses.

Rose started full time with Steve when they started Dernier's Custom Built Computers as the Secretary Treasurer and has never looked back.

Roses ability to explain about all the components of your computer in very simple and easy to understand terms will be a great asset to you on making a decision to purchase a computer.
